The BITC Awards is an important date in the diary for community leaders, which reconises key business leaders who lead through conducting sustainable and fair business practices. The founding patron of the BITC (Business in the Community) is HM King Charles, 

With the event changing its usual venue from the Royal Albert Hall to the 02 Arena, we were asked by BITC’s events team to design the awards and presentation elements of this ambitious project, which included audio, video, lighting, rigging, set and draping.

The event is a sit-down dinner for 1,200 guests, including King Charles, with a number of speeches and performances throughout the evening.

Due to the 02’s hectic schedule, setup, rehearsals, the event, and the dismantling were required to be completed in a 24-hour period.
